Tesh Johnson is a professional speaker, sales coach, and workshop facilitator with a deep commitment to helping Christian entrepreneurs sell with integrity and build businesses that fulfill their calling. Her framework, Sales as Stewardship, teaches that how you sell matters as much as what you sell, and it's the thread running through her three signature talks, Sell Like It's Sacred, Workplace Worship, and The Seek First Business. A former collegiate athlete and coach, Tesh dedicated years of her life to the discipline of basketball before discovering her ability to inspire others in the marketplace.
Her early life was marked by challenges and victories that shaped an unshakable confidence and resilience, allowing her to walk into any room with boldness and challenge entrepreneurs to build at the highest level. Along the road to becoming a sales consultant and sought-after speaker, Tesh's journey led her to apply the principles of sport, mindset, and discipline to selling, leading, and building influence in the marketplace.
With a diverse leadership background spanning corporate sales, collegiate athletics, nonprofit education, and entrepreneurship, Tesh brings a unique perspective to every audience, grounded in firsthand experience closing deals and leading through change. Armed with her faith, an MBA in Sport Business, and years spent in the marketplace, Tesh has been equipped with the tools and convictions to help Christian entrepreneurs lead with purpose, sell with conviction, and steward with faithfulness.
